With the line marker robot named Manu, our partner in the Netherlands Expo-Line has won the Innovation Prize at Paysalia, a three-day exhibition in Lyon.
Paysalia is known as the largest trade fair for sport, garden and landscaping in France and takes place every two years. This exhibition has its own innovation prize for products that excel in technology, style or sustainability. This year, 46 exhibitors competed for this prize with 41 different products and machines.
Autonomous lines
The robotic line marking machine TinyLineMarker won the award based on the concept of autonomous sports line marking. Since the line marker uses a GPS signal for orientation, it is able to mark lines completely autonomously with a precision of 1-2 cm (0.4-0.8 inches).
