Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Introduction

The Referral Program has the main goal of rewarding our customers for recommending our company/products to family, friends, peers or colleagues interested in booking a free demo and joining the TinyMobileRobots community as a new customer.

How Does It Work? 

1.  The process starts with the Referrer, a current customer of TinyMobileRobots, receiving an email from one of our sales representatives, with a link to the Sign-up Form. 
2.  Once the Referrer signs up for the program, he/she will receive a Confirmation Email that will provide a link to the Referral Form. He/she will send link to the people they wish to recommend our services to.
3.  When the Referred, the person to whom our services were recommended,  registers and purchases the product, the Referrer will receive an award.

Who Can Participate?

The Referrer must be a current customer of TinyMobileRobots in order to participate. Both parties (Referrer and Referred) must be at least 18 years of age. The Referred must have their robot set-up and installed before the Referrer can receive his/her reward.

TinyMobileRobots has the right to find any Participant of the Program ineligible at its sole discretion.

Reward Conditions 

Its important for all parties to be aware that the rewards may be taxable, depending not only on the value of the reward, but also the federal, state and local tax laws that are relevant and apply to the Participant.

Participants have full responsibility for being aware and reporting such items on their tax returns as well as paying any associated tax liability.

Legal Responsibility (Liability)

As a participant of this Program, you agree to the Terms and Conditions and are bound by the rules that they state. You are unauthorized to participate in this program if you disagree with any of the given rules. TinyMobileRobots has the authority to terminate or suspend any member’s participation for breach of these Terms and Conditions or if any member of the Program takes any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of the Program. TinyMobileRobots has the right to cancel, change, modify or suspend any aspect of the Program or Program Terms and Conditions at any given time, without any prior notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

MEMBERS AND PROSPECTIVE MEMBERS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT: (A) YOUR USE OF THE PROGRAM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK, THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS AND THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND TERMS (COLLECTIVELY, “PROMISES”) OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY STATUTE, COMMON LAW OR CUSTOM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROMISES AS TO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH THE USE OF THE PROGRAM, IMPLIED PROMISES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT; (B) TINYMOBILEROBOTS MAKES AND GIVES NO PROMISE THAT (i) THE PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE PROGRAM WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, AND (v) ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED; AND (C) ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE PROGRAM IS ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR MOBILE DEVICE OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OR USE OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL.
